		1. Download application update or upgrade Follow Web site instructions Click on file link to download Select download folder location
		2. Unpack installer package Un-stuff downloaded file E.g., ".bin" or ".hqx" file to installer application
		3. Do installation Select "Start Here" or read "ReadMe" file Run installer Restart computer
		4. Cleanup (if not done by installer) Retain stuffed installer Remove ".bin" or ".hqx" download file
		5. Setup user profile and register product Launch application Set preferences and/or options Import prior data, e.g., addresses Copy over prior data, e.g., bookmarks, email files
		6. Identify and familiarize changes & new features Built-in help Menu item locations Layouts
		7. Practice tasks and do test jobs
		8. Backup New files Prior versions	Generally it's a good idea to have a "fall back" plan to the previous version if problems arise.
